Werts Consulting, LLC's expertice in structural systems is often requested when clients, either individual property owners or insurance providers/carriers need determination of cause and origin of a failure, determine how best to remedy the problem, develope estimates and contract documents, manage the repair, and provide testimony. We do not decide whether defects are covered by insurance but render an opinion as to what caused the problem, extent of damage and what can be done to rectify the condition. Our reports are often used for the basis for settlements that are deemed fair to both parties.
