Werts Consulting, LLC's extensive Property Condition Assessments, sometimes reffered to as building inspections, provide clients with an understanding of the condition of a property and its components vital to investment and finance descision making. These assessments are often requried as part of pre-purchase, owner commisioned, or refinance transactions.

Our extensive reports are based on in-depth property investigations and offer a narrative on the condition and adequacy of all site and building conditions, improvements and includes forms and information including items of deffered maintenance, estimates of immediate and annual replacement reserves, and comments on the building and site's conformance with code, ADA, unfinished work and general compliance.
